Mexican Wedding Destinations?

I want to get married in Mexico in October or November 2008. I am having a difficult time finding a comprehensive list of resorts that have wedding packages and contact information. Does anyone know where to get this information for places such as Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and Riviera Maya? Also any suggestions on specific resorts (other than Palace resorts, which I am quite familar with) would be much appreciated.
