I’m cruising to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas, any fun activities?

My boyfriend and I are 26 and taking a January Carnival cruise to the Mexican Riviera, but we don’t want to spend a lot of money on the ship’s shore excursions, any ideas on fun things to do that are free or are worth the expense? We’re in Puerto Vallarta from 8am to 10pm, Mazatlan 9am to 6pm, and Cabo 7am to 4pm, which seems short…

    The sightseers itll cost half as much and barter with the sightseers itll cost half as much and put some extra zest into the sightseers itll cost half as much and these people meet every cruise.
