does anyone know any french hotels/hostel that allow people to work there in exchange for a bed and food?

I want to brush up my french and i really would like to spend a few weeks in France in a hotel ot hostel working without pay but getting a room and food for it. does anyone know if this is possible anywhere? ive tried emailing a loads already.
