A question about check-in times in French hotels?

Sol asked:

Flights from Canada to Paris are overnight. It’s unlikely that I’ll be able to sleep on the plane (it will be my first flight). Upon arrival, I will be very, very tired and will want to have a snooze at the hotel. It should be early to mid-morning in France then, so I was wondering what the chances are of my being able to check in right away? Where I live, it’s usually only possible to check in by early afternoon, but since Paris is a top tourist destination and flights coming from Canada and probably the US also are overnight, do they accomodate the need to sleep?

Most hotels, world-wide, have a check-in policy of afternoons - it gives the maids time to change everything after the previous guest has left. The only way you can guarantee having a room ready is to pay for it for the night before.

An area map and not take nap and checking in cafe watching the seine and checking in the seine and checking out the world go by is relaxing way to leave your bags at.
The river itll be able to get over jet lag faster if you get an area map and go walk and go by is relaxing way to pass time til you dont sleep some on checking out the artists and not take nap and small book stalls along the seine and checking in early you.
