What are some ways tone up your body for spring break for bikini season?

I am going on a spring break trip in about a week and a half and we will be basically living in our bikins ha. What workouts / tips do you have to help tone up my body to be ready for the beach? I am natually skinny, but would just like to look even better.
by toning up, i mean maybe flatting abs, theighs, or parts of the body …

    read tips on some great exercises including ab workouts on this site

    Solid Diet with good wholesome foods.

    Exercise that has weight training and cardio.
