How do i convince my parents to let me go on spring break to panama city beach?

I am 18 and I need to know the best way to convince my parents to let me go to panama city beach for spring break. Last year my mom let me go but it was with a friend and his mom and we didn’t go during spring break, we went during the summer. I need to convince my mom to let me go without a parent and during spring break. Or should I even ask my mom, should i ask my dad?

Where should I go for Spring Break that is affordable?

I am planning a trip for my boyfriend and I for spring break between the dates of March 25th to April 2nd. The trip is not for the whole time, but anywhere in between those dates. We are going to fly from either St. Louis or KC Missouri and we are looking to spend around $500 to no more then $1000 on everything including travel and activities there. We can drive if it is anywhere within a day away. Any ideas?

One thing to add we have always dreamed of one day going to Hawaii but feel its probably way out of our league. So we are clueless when it comes to flying.

We spent about approxamatly $3000 or more for the cruise and this year funds are a bit tight so we don’t want to spend that much.
The Hawaii thing most likely will have to be in the far future
